I went to the Zoo!

Here are some pictures from our trip to the zoo--I was much busier enjoying the day, the lovely landscaping, and the wonder of God's creation in the animal world. it was a very pleasant day for June in East Texas, and though many animals were sleeping peacefully in the shade (or sun as their preferences run!), it was a lovely outing. I have to say though, I hope there are huggable bears and tigers in heaven!
